BLAST coaches will teach you correct form and guide you through class step by step, even if you are an absolute beginner.
Fully-guided classes include 1-on-1 mitt work for an experience you won’t find anywhere else.
High intensity interval training means you train for 45-60 minutes, but continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours.
You’ll learn the same techniques we use with our fighters, while your body gets stronger, leaner, and faster.
