🚨 We’re Hiring: Front Desk Manager + Lead Nurture Specialist!

Taking excellent care of people is our highest goal at The Fight Lab. We’re looking for someone who shares that priority and can help make every interaction — from a first text message to walking through our doors — feel welcoming, personal, and helpful.
What you’ll do:
Welcome and care for our community. Greet members and guests from the desk, answer questions, and help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly.
Connect with prospective members by text. Respond to inquiries, learn what people are looking for, and help them take the next step toward training.
Help people get started. Guide new guests through booking their first session and knowing what to expect.
Follow up thoughtfully. Stay in touch with people who have expressed interest, answer their questions, and make sure they don’t get lost in the shuffle.
Communicate with our team. Keep clear notes and pass along information so we can take excellent care of each person.
Who we’re looking for:
You genuinely love people, write clear and friendly messages, and are comfortable starting conversations in person. You’re dependable, organized, attentive to details, and able to follow through without constant reminders. You’re also willing to learn our systems and become familiar with our programs so you can confidently help people find the right fit.
No specific experience is required. We will train you! Your attitude, communication skills, and care for people matter most.
We strongly prefer someone who loves training at The Fight Lab and will actively train here. Being part of our community helps you share what we do with confidence and and enthusiasm.
